It is with great sadness that I have to report on a planned act of vandalism, that accrued at the huntspill track over the weekend, 3rd September, no witnesses have come forward but, it?s believed to be a group men, 32 -75 years old containing a Scott a yorkshineman and a couple of yokels.

A local when questioned said

"who's worried" and "could have been worse, could have been mine"

The signal box originally built following the extension of 1987 was opened by the artist David Shepherd, replaced an earlier smaller one

 Only joking we moved it with a little help!!

All's well at 5.pm friday night

 By 8.pm everything is in place for Saturday morning.

 9.30am Saturday, final preparations and adjustments for the big lift.

Then it's, up, up and away

Steady as she goes!!
